This initiative fosters a culture of giving back and helps strengthen employees’ sense of belonging, purpose, and connection across offices and teams. “Promoting philanthropy and volunteerism is an important part of what we do at the Autodesk Foundation,” said Jean Shia, managing director of the Autodesk Foundation. “It’s inspiring to see employees band together to support their communities during Global Month of Giving – so many of them give with their hearts to the causes most important to them.” “For the past four years, I’ve been a volunteer treasurer for Schizo ? … Oui!, a courageous French mental health non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by schizophrenia and supporting their families,” said Maria Cadillon, account sales executive at Autodesk. “I’m proud to personally donate and volunteer my time to this cause, and even prouder that Autodesk supports me each year through its employee matching program via the Autodesk Foundation. Together, we’re making a tangible difference!”
