This evolution builds on the vision we initially shared at AU 2025 on mainstage, as well as at our Platform Leadership Forum.
So, what does this mean exactly for our customers?
It means that we’re opening the door for Autodesk customers to experiment with our cloud APIs up to certain limits each month at no additional cost.
It also means we’ve made it easier for customers to build and scale with our trusted cloud APIs—all on their own terms, at their own pace, and with their business needs front and center.
What’s new: Introducing Autodesk’s flexible model for API access
Under the new Autodesk Platform Services (APS) offering, customers can continue to use our cloud APIs to power most standard usage through our Free tier.
If customers choose to scale their cloud API use beyond standard usage, the Paid tier offers flexibility to choose how and when they pay: prepaying via Flex tokens, or paying as they go with no upfront commitment.
