Autodesk Kicks Off “Customer First Week”

Autodesk is joining forces with thousands of other companies to celebrate National Customer Service Week, October 5 – 9. As part of this event, Autodesk will celebrate customer connections and offer events that support and engage with customers to help drive their productivity and success.

Here are some of the upcoming highlights:

  • Autodesk Answer Day for Revit:  The second installment of Autodesk Answer Day will focus on Revit, and be held Wednesday, October 7th from 6:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time. Revit customers are invited to visit the Autodesk Community to get real-time answers to all their Revit® or Revit LT™ questions, straight from the experts. Product designers, QA analysts, technical support and customer service reps and community managers will be standing by waiting to engage with customers from around the world. There’s no limit on how many questions you can ask, so start a list and join the Revit community for this free event.  (This is a global English event.) These technical discussions address specific topics and generally offer a question & answer period. From end-user engagement to sharing best practices among users through the Autodesk Community and several user events (like Autodesk University) in between, Autodesk is committed to providing solutions and support to help its customers succeed, every day of the year.
