This award reflects Autodesk\u2019s commitment to our LGBTQ employees, while also highlighting our inclusive work environment and the strong sense of belonging amongst our employees. <iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Autodesk Pride 2016\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OZSUbK4G54o?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe> <em> Autodesk PRIDE 2016<\/em> By satisfying all of the CEI\u2019s criteria, we join 517 major U.S. businesses which also earned top marks this year, out of the 1,043 that were rated. We attribute our recognition to a number of factors: having an officially recognized LGBTQ employee group, <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/ideas-by-design\/making-diversity-more-than-a-statistic-in-silicon-valley-397989b23ab4#.puoh1ylo6\">Autodesk PRIDE<\/a>, a firm-wide diversity council that includes LGBTQ diversity, our full benefits programs, non-discrimination policies, diversity training, and a gender transition policy.
