SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Jan. 7, 2020 \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) today announced the pricing of its notes in an aggregate principal amount of\u00a0$500 million\u00a0in an underwritten, registered public offering. The notes will mature on\u00a0January 15, 2030\u00a0and will bear interest at an annual rate of 2.850 percent. The notes are\u00a0Autodesk’s\u00a0senior unsecured obligations. The offering is expected to close on\u00a0January 14, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n

Autodesk\u00a0intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes for general corporate purposes, which will include repaying\u00a0$450 million\u00a0in aggregate principal amount of its 3.125 percent notes due\u00a0June 15, 2020, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon together with a redemption premium.<\/p>\n

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC\u00a0acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.<\/p>\n
