Deliver.<\/span> Repeat.<\/span> As Autodesk EVP and COO Steve Blum <\/span><\/span>shared late last year<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u2013across our company, <\/span>we\u2019ve<\/span> renewed our focus on listening and responding to customer feedback. So much of the feedback we hear from customers involves product innovation: <\/span>W<\/span>hat new features and capabilities<\/span> are <\/span>on the roadmap<\/span>?<\/span> How are we ensuring our products <\/span>better integrate, both with <\/span>3<\/span><\/span>rd<\/span><\/span> party tools and across <\/span>an<\/span> entire workflow? How are we enabling customers to make better use of their data and take advantage of rising technologies like AI?<\/span><\/span> These are all important. <\/span>But innovation <\/span>doesn\u2019t<\/span> end <\/span>there<\/span>. <\/span>It\u2019s<\/span> also <\/span>critical<\/span> to <\/span>ensure our customers get the most value out of their software subscription and improve how our products <\/span>are <\/span>deployed and <\/span>managed <\/span>across customer organizations. This <\/span>is an area <\/span>we\u2019ve<\/span> been able to focus on by having a <\/span>dialogue<\/span> not only with the end-user<\/span>s<\/span> of our software, but also the <\/span><\/span>Technology<\/span> A<\/span>dmins<\/span><\/span><\/a> responsible for deploying our solutions inside their organizations.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> For example, o<\/span>ver the last several months, <\/span>we’ve<\/span> been listening to <\/span>customer <\/span>feedback about our plan offerings. <\/span>We\u2019ve<\/span> heard feedback from <\/span>customers\u2013<\/span><\/span><\/span>particularly <\/span>Tech<\/span>nology<\/span> Admins\u2013<\/span><\/span><\/span>that the security that comes with single sign-on<\/span> (SSO)<\/span> is critical to <\/span>their<\/span> business<\/span>. In fact, <\/span>they expect <\/span>SSO<\/span> to be part <\/span>of <\/span>the standard offerings <\/span>from all their software partners<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> We agree. And w<\/span>e understand that keeping data and assets secure is a top priority<\/span> for our customers<\/span>. <\/span>T<\/span>hat\u2019s<\/span> why <\/span>we\u2019re<\/span> showing our commitment<\/span> in<\/span> this area<\/span> by extending the benefit<\/span>s<\/span> of SSO to all Autodesk plans.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> Beginning o<\/span>n May 8<\/span><\/span>, SSO <\/span>is<\/span> now <\/span>included<\/span> as a benefit to Standard plan customers<\/span>, fulfilling a major part of<\/span> our<\/span> commitment<\/span> to <\/span>listening and <\/span>enhancing <\/span>the customer <\/span>experience<\/span>s we deliver.<\/span> The availability of SSO is the result of the <\/span>hard wo<\/span>rk<\/span> of the Autodesk Identity team,<\/span> who were eager to see <\/span>the capability\u2013<\/span><\/span>and its associated benefits\u2013<\/span><\/span>get into the hands of our customers.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> \u201cThe Autodesk Identity team and our partners across Autodesk are excited to announce the availability of SSO for Standard plan customers,\u201d said <\/span>G<\/span>ou<\/span>tham Garimella, VP of <\/span>Identity & Licensing at Autodesk.<\/span> \u201cSSO <\/span>provides<\/span> a seamless user experience, enhanced security, and administrative convenience.
