At Autodesk, <\/span>we\u2019re<\/span> seizing it because we know a <\/span><\/span>flexible, hybrid-first culture<\/span><\/span><\/a> is key<\/span><\/span>\u2014for enabling our team to do their best work, and for empowering innovators to design and make a better world for all.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> While we\u2019ve <\/span><\/span>partnered closely<\/span><\/span><\/a> with our globally dispersed community throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to navigate its murky waters, we realize that achieving a hybrid-first company<\/span> is not a box to be checked, but an ongoing commitment to evolving with our employees.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span> That\u2019s<\/span> why, this month, we rolled out <\/span><\/span>Flex Forward<\/span><\/span><\/strong>,<\/span><\/span> our comprehensive approach to enacting, embracing, and evolving our hybrid-first culture.<\/span><\/span> With Flex Forward, <\/span>we\u2019re<\/span> striving to transform work at Autodesk by prioritizing flexibility, enhancing the employee experience, and meeting the needs of our dynamic and growing business.<\/span><\/span> This approach allows us to be more inclusive, as well as hire and <\/span>retain<\/span> an <\/span><\/span>amazingly diverse and talented workforce<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u2014all while driving productivity, connection, and belonging. In fact, since embracing and offering this level of flexibility at Autodesk, <\/span>we\u2019re<\/span> seeing a 58% increase in job applications, an 82% increase in candidates that identify as female, and a 45% increase in candidates that identify as belonging to underrepresented groups in regions where <\/span>we\u2019re<\/span> able to measure this data<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n

Our Flex Forward approach encompasses a wide variety of employee-centric policies and programs. And importantly, <\/span><\/span>it also reaffirms our emphasis on flexibility. At a time when many companies are requiring employees to return to the office a certain number of days per week, <\/span><\/span>Autodesk will stay the course and has no plans for <\/span>corporate return-to-office mandates for hybrid and remote-based employees.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n
